Peach & cinnamon cobbler
PREP + COOK TIME 1 HOUR SERVES 6
6 large peaches (1.3kg)
340g packet vegan vanilla cake mix
125g vegan oil spread
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Icing sugar, to dust
1 Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan.
2 Line a 25cm skillet (base measurement) with baking paper.
