Why livestock need trace elements and feed supplements

Some parts of the communal farming sector in South Africa continue to suffer from the effects of drought. Other parts have enough grazing, but are managing it poorly, with disastrous results. Uncontrolled grazing leads to overgrazing, which ends up harming animals, plants and the soil.

Without functional and healthy grazing areas or rangelands, you simply cannot farm livestock successfully, as you will be spending your money on expensive feed.
