Custom Cal

In the September ’21 issue we looked at how VolksWorld developed out of Custom Car magazine, and how, during a brief period in the late ’80s, the boundaries were blurred.

And then, as if to perfectly prove that point, we were delighted to receive some correspondence shortly after from one Dave Preece. Now, Dave’s name might not instantly ring any bells with you but, when it popped up on my email, it did ring a vague one in the back of my mind. I’ll let Dave explain:
