We are young in the high jewellery world. We’re babies compared to the other maisons, some of whom are hundreds of years old. So we are brave as a company, we are able to do what we want. Despite being young, we bought the second biggest rough diamond in the world. That’s brave. So it feels great to connect with the maison’s founder through a high jewellery collection. The Bravery collection feels modern, unpretentious, approachable. I think Louis Vuitton was like that as a man.

As a maison, Louis Vuitton is modern, it’s strong, and you want to be able to travel and explore while wearing its pieces. I never want my designs to be too fussy, too busy. I always strive for a modern graphic design. I don’t look at a time period,
