■ Two 10 x 137 x 2.5cm (4 x 54 x 1") cladding boards

■ Sander

■ Saw

■ Drill

■ Tape measure

■ Approximately 212 panel pins

■ Eight 10 x 6/5cm (2½") twin thread screws

■ Neutral colour warp thread

■ 135cm (53") long 0.5cm (¼") diameter dowel
