GROUSE DAYS

During the grouse shooting season, what is the normal number of days that a grouse moor would be shot over? I cannot imagine it would be a daily occurrence, though on a large moor it might be possible. I have absolutely no idea about normal best practice.

I think that non-shooters might well find that there are a lot fewer shoot days than people imagine.
