BONFIRE NIGHT MUG

You will need:

Card to make the base template
Clay – stoneware or earthenware, colour of choice
The usual selection of tools and ribs
Glaze of choice to suit clay type

Make a card base template with a 5-sided scalloped edge measuring 7cm diameter.

This will form the base shape of the mug, but the given measurement is only a guide – you can make it bigger if you like, although anything smaller than this may make the mug unstable,
