Eat fresher

My food philosophy came from a young age, as my mum always tried to use as many different organic plants in our diet as possible. My philosophy is quite simple: “Eat colourful foods from their natural form and try not to think too much about it.”

The following recipe is packed with vegetables and goes down a treat every time. The sweetness of the pineapple pairs perfectly with the salty ingredients.

PINEAPPLE FRIED RICE (GLUTEN FREE)
