As the sun crept through the cracks in the curtains, I rolled over and cuddled my 18-month-old daughter Seren.
‘Morning,’ my husband Lee, 52, smiled at us.
Seren was an energetic and outgoing little girl.
She was always bouncing around, and the previous day she had been playing in the back garden.
She had a fall, but after checking her over, we thought nothing of it.
We were enjoying our lazy morning in bed when Lee suddenly noticed a bump on Seren’s leg.
