250g wagon wheel pasta
1½ cups frozen green peas
200g sugar snap peas, halved
1 bunch asparagus, cut into
4cm lengths
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
6 radishes, thinly sliced
1 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves, plus extra to serve
1 avocado, halved
4 soft-boiled eggs, halved, to serve
