Founded by maker Hazel as an outlet for a much longed-for creative life, it was a combination of redundancy, pregnancy and relocating closer Sculptor Barbara Hepworth – I grew up in Yorkshire just round the corner from the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, where her work was always so inspiring, and evokes beautiful childhood memories. @earthy.play, an amazing small business that makes natural playdough and sensory equipment, and @the_female_lead, which is fuel for fellow feminists and female founders out there. Swanpool beach is such a calming space – it helps clear my mind and lets the creative ideas flow. I want to revamp our spare room office, so have my eye on a Wild Origin magazine rack and Peg & Board’s Arc shelves in Blush & Mint.
