That is CEO Sal Petroccitto and his industry profile is high.
Also, like any large organisation, the work it does is divided into functions and these divisions have their own leaders who are less conspicuous, though by no means invisible.
In this three-part series, to gauge their outlook for the organisation and the issues they have responsibility for, ATN speaks to the three other senior staff crucial to the trucking industry – chief regulatory policy and standards officer Don Hogben, chief operations officer Paul Salvati and executive director, statutory compliance Ray Hassall.
New role
Hogben is the inaugural NHVR chief regulatory policy and standards officer and will chalk up his second year in the role in October.
His responsibilities were too many to cover in the time available.
