• 10g dry dulse (sea lettuce or seaweed)
• 1 organic egg yolk
• 3 tbsp buttermilk
• 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 500ml grapeseed oil
• Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
MUSHROOMS
