A freeform French tart filled with delicious end-of-season chard, ricotta and chutney. Absolutely delicious and sure to impress.

■ 2 tbsp olive oil■ 2 shallots, sliced■ 2■ 500g/1.1 lb of Swiss chard (tough stems removed)■ 250g/8oz cottage cheese 100g/3½oz grated Gruyere or Comté■ 1 egg, beaten■ Salt and pepper to taste■ Freshly grated nutmeg■ 1 tbsp chutney
