Indian Spiced Lentils and Eggs

4 eggs
1 onion, thinly sliced
500g sweet potato, peeled, cut lengthways into quarters, very thinly sliced
¹/³ cup korma curry paste
400ml can light coconut milk
2 (250g) tomatoes, chopped
400g can lentils, drained, rinsed
200g green beans, trimmed
12 small pappadums
¹/³ cup fresh coriander sprigs
