Want big results but only have a teeny tiny space such as a corner of your bedroom to play with? No problem! You can create a home gym by investing in just a few pieces of kit that can be easily stored behind a bed or sofa. ‘You only really need some resistance bands, a set of dumbbells and a mat for a very decent workout,’ says Michelle Cohen, personal trainer, nutrition and lifestyle. ‘You can even do a full-body workout with no equipment at all, or get creative with a heavy backpack!’
