SUZUKI JIMNY GOES HUNTING
The excitement had been building for a hunting trip to Tarkastad and on the day of departure we awoke to a gale force wind. First we made our way to Suzuki East London to pick up a new Suzuki Jimny Automatic to take on a test drive. Back at home we hitched the trailer, packed our gear and after a quick turn at the petrol station to make sure the tank was full, we were on our way. We had an uneventful trip with the Suzuki Jimny automatic gearbox handling the headwind with aplomb.
The next morning the wind was still howling as we set off into the mountains to hunt kudu. The farm owner was concerned the Jimny would not be able to navigate the steep and rocky section ahead so we left our vehicle halfway up. Three kudu were bagged at the top of the mountain.
