SAVE THE SOUTH FORK SALMON UPDATE

Over the past couple of months, new material pertinent to the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) has kept the folks at Save the South Fork busy as they fight the Stibnite Gold Project. After the release , where you can read the second letter.Thank you to the people who researched the technical and legal points to help address current concerns. Finally, thank you to everyone who has already written to the Forest Service and asked for a new Draft Environmental Statement. If you have not yet written and voiced your dissatisfaction and disappointment with the current DEIS process, please do so now. When you write, please make clear that you expect the Payette National Forest to prepare a new DEIS for the Stibnite Gold Project.
