How much State pension would my wife get?
Q Can you please give me some idea as to what amount of State pension my wife would receive if I predecease her.Iam92years old and worked for the Royal Bank of Scotland for43years prior to my retirement in December 1988.
My wife is 85 and only worked full-time for two years(1956-58) after which she stayed at home to look after our family. At present she receives a State pension of £83.70 per week.
