What is Operation Clean Sweep?
Just one of the initiatives Plastics|SA is spearheading is called Operation Clean Sweep! The project aims to protect our waterways by having companies take responsibility and put in place processes that eliminate resin pellets from entering our waterways. The “Pledge to Prevent Resin Pellet, Flake and Powder Loss” will show a company’s commitment to a cleaner environment. Through implementation of a checklist these companies will be held to a higher standard.
