Choc-Almond and Caramel Ice-cream
SERVES 8 PREP 20 MINUTES + FREEZING COOK 10 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
500g tub dairy-free coconut yoghurt
2 sliced bananas, plus extra
270ml can coconut cream
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
¾ cup caster sugar
1 tsp sea salt flakes
Tub store-bought soy chocolate ice-cream
½ cup toasted flaked almonds, to serve
