Apple Croissant Pies
Makes 8, Prep and Cook 35 mins
3 eggs
2 tblsps caster sugar
½ cup pure cream
¼ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
189g pkt (3) All Butter croissants
385g can pie apple slices, drained, chopped
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Icing sugar mixture and fresh raspberries, to serve
Whisk eggs, sugar, cream, milk and vanilla in a large bowl.
