VEAL MARSALA

SERVES 4 PREP 10 MINS COOK 15 MINS

2 tbsp olive oil
4 veal leg steaks
20g butter
200g button mushrooms, sliced
2 tsp plain flour
¼ cup marsala
½ cup chicken stock
½ cup pure cream
350g bag baby spinach leaves
cooked fresh pappardelle (see tip), to serve

1 In a frying pan, heat half oil on medium. Cook steaks 1›min each side until browned. Transfer to a plate.
