Chicken, leeks, mustard and artichokes
This dish is devastatingly delicious – no wonder it’s a classic.
Serves 2
2 whole free-range chicken legs
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 leek
1 tablespoon butter
3-4 artichoke hearts, halved
1 cup chicken or vegetable stock
4 heaped tablespoons crème fraîche
2 teaspoons wholegrain mustard Salt and pepper to taste Salad, pasta or mashed potatoes to serve
