HABITS OF MATTER AND HABITS OF MIND
If there is one thing my degree in hypnotherapy has taught me, it is that our destinies are shaped by our habits. We are largely defined by what we do daily and intuitively more than what we do sporadically when motivation hits—or as necessity requires. In my view, this is the critical distinction we must focus on in our post-pandemic world. But doing so will be tough, because changing our most deeply rooted habits is never without resistance, and yes, cost.
