Sid Ford (43) is a builder and has been for more than twenty years. He runs his own company, Stonehaven Construction, and builds beautiful barn conversions, extensions and, if you’re feeling flush, he’ll even build you a brand-new home. He’ll show up in his trusty and beloved Transit van, get the job done and leave you to enjoy your new thing that he built. That all sounds very lovely, but it’s unlikely you bought this mag to read about that. You see, as much as Sid is a fan of his ‘backbone of Britain’ Transit (and with a surname like his, why wouldn’t he be?) his real love is his bit on the side.
