MAKING A PUFF BLOCK

Making puff blocks one at a time is the best place to begin if you are only making a few blocks, or just practising the technique to get the hang of it

1 You will need two squares of fabric for each puff block. The top square, which will be on show, should be 1½in larger than the lining square. The lining square will be hidden behind the backing of the final quilt, so can be any scrap or lining fabric you
