When Maja met... Lindsay Atkinson

Lindsay was introduced to the world of motorcycling by her dad and after some months of riding pillion with a friend she eventually got her own bike. With her events background and a frustration of not finding female riders nearby, she set off to organise an event celebrating women in motorcycling. Having had to move it a couple of times due to the recent restrictions, the Women in Motorcycling Exhibition is finally happening this August.

MAJA: What got you into motorcycles in the first place?

My dad has bikes and I always had an interest in them. I used to ride pillion with a good friend of mine for a while.
