TRI-COLOUR DELIGHT
Who doesn’t love tri-colour rocket pops? Try this homemade version with flavours of vanilla, blueberry, and raspberry. They are non-alcoholic, so the whole family can enjoy. Makes about 12 small pops
WHITE/BASE LAYER:
½ cup lemon juice
½ cup sugar
2 cups cold water
1 tsp vanilla extract
RED LAYER:
⅓ cup fresh raspberries, washed A few drops red food colouring
BLUE LAYER:
1¾ cups blueberry juice
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
