White Choc Puddings with Orange Caramel
Serves 6, Prep and Cook 1 hour, 35 mins
Melted butter, for greasing
125g white chocolate, finely chopped
125g unsalted butter, chopped
¾ cup caster sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tsps vanilla bean paste
¾ cup plain flour
½ cup self-raising flour
Double cream, to serve
ORANGE CARAMEL
2 large oranges
1 cup caster sugar
1 Grease six ovenproof dishes (¾-cup capacity) with melted butter.
