Chilli chicken ramen with prawn-and-sesame balls
A mouth-watering combo of sesame, prawn and chilli that will keep you going back for more
SERVES 2
PREP 30 MINS, PLUS CHILLING
COOK 15 MINS
✱ 2 pots of Kabuto Chilli Chicken Ramen
FOR THE PRAWN-AND-SESAME BALLS:
✱ 250g of raw peeled prawns
✱ 1tsp oyster sauce
✱ 1tsp sesame oil
✱ 1tsp ginger paste
✱ Pinch of salt
✱ 1 egg, mixed in a bowl
✱ A little flour for dusting
✱ A couple of handfuls of panko breadcrumbs
✱ 1tbsp black sesame seeds
✱ 500ml vegetable or sunflower oil
