Tangy Whipped Feta Dip
MAKES 4 TO 6 SERVINGS
1 (8-ounce) block feta cheese, room temperature, cubed
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup cream cheese, softened and cubed
1 tablespoon whole milk
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon minced garlic
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Toasted Pita (recipe follows) and sliced vegetables, to serve
