Phil Lord and Christopher Miller produce, but as with Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse, their fingerprints are all over this enjoyable animation, which is as irreverently funny as their Jump Street and Lego movies and, like Spider-Verse, boasts a unique visual style.

Directed by Mike Rianda, The Mitchells Vs. The Machines follows the titular family of four (plus pug), as teen Katie (Abbi Jacobson) is driven cross-country to film school by dad Rick (Danny McBride), with mum Linda (Maya Rudolph) and brother Aaron (Rianda) along for the ride.
