HOW CAN YOUNG ENGINEERS AND MECHANICS LEARN THEIR SKILLS?

Plenty of aspects of motorsport have changed over the past quarter century. But in few areas has the shift been as significant as the way the next generation of engineers and mechanics are being trained. In years gone by, they would have either studied a general engineering course or learned on the job.

But the creation of bespoke motorsport qualifications has significantly altered the education landscape from when UWTSD Swansea introduced the first motorsport engineering degree in 1998.
