MOTOR DRIVE

Since my recovery from injury I have taken my own personal learning journey much further than I previously thought possible, mostly because I have been re-learning a lot of my old tricks again. Overcoming mental hurdles has been just as difficult as the physical ones. This process has taught me to really visualise tricks and break them down into smaller parts, so I can approach them with confidence before I even hit the water.
