HONEY CRUNCH GRANOLA WITH ALMONDS & APRICOTS
■ Heat with in a large pan until bubbling, then tip in , and Stir until the oats are well-coated, then spread out over one or two large baking sheets. Bake at 180C/160C fan/gas 4 for chopped. Spread out again and press down with a spatula to cool – this will help the granola clump together. Serve with yogurt or milk and fresh fruit, if you like. Serves 6-8.
