Fish Burgers with Jalapeño Tartare Sauce
Serves 4, Prep and Cook: 25 mins
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1¼ cups panko breadcrumbs
2 tblsps lemon pepper seasoning
4 x 140g firm thin white fish fillets, skinless, halved (see tip)
2 tblsps plain flour
4 brioche rolls, split, toasted Shredded cos lettuce, cooked shoestring fries and lemon wedges, to serve
