“I was born into a horsey family, both my parents drafted. My dad ‘’Blue” won and judged many drafts over the years, and my Mother Robyn made the National Finals as a lady rider. I didn’t play footy or cricket as a kid, drafting was my chosen sport,” recalls Quentin. At the age of 6, Rockley Draft was the first Campdraft Quentin competed in, riding an old grey pony named Sabrina. This was before the 8yo minimum age rule was introduced in the ABCRA.
“I started in the cow horses/cutting to try to improve my horsemanship, Quentin says.
