Tastes of the AMALFI COAST

With its enviable climate, fertile volcanic soils and rich coastline, it comes as no surprise that the Amalfi Coast is a magnet for gastronomic tourists. Simplicity and quality of ingredients are the cornerstones of the local cuisine.
