Walk into any grocery store and the seemingly better-for-you-and-the-planet meat options are endless. From grass-fed to free-range and everything in between, eco-meat is having a moment, to say the least. And considering the low-carb 2.0 craze (looking at you, keto) is prompting many of us to eat more beef, lamb, poultry and pork – even though we know raising farm animals is one of the biggest culprits when it comes to carbon footprint – it’s no wonder the chickens have crossed the road to get to the biodynamic farm on the other side.
