When I woke up today, my first thought was … I’m hungry. I was craving this breakfast wrap from my local cafe and after I woke up, I got it and I ate it. It was delicious.

Nervous. Honestly, I feel like I’m putting myself out there every time I do this. It’s really scary because I know a lot to because I didn’t want it to be, “Oh, everything sucks.” I wanted to change the narrative and say, “OK, let’s be accountable, let’s start going to therapy and let’s be a little bit more responsible as we get older.”
