ou can predict the outcome long before the New Year Honours list is revealed. People will rage that certain names are included while others are conspicuously absent. And so it was. As soon as I saw that Lewis Hamilton was to be knighted, I waited with bated breath for reactions in the media, mainstream and social. Inevitably, it was mixed because, well, Lewis does tend to polarise opinion. As I have mentioned in this column before, I have come round to liking and admiring Lewis. I do,
