TIME MACHINE
As we turn the bermed corner and line up the triple on a new decade, we’re faced with a whole new host of challenges, triumphs and tragedies to come. To gain some perspective and because we love those The Simpsons episodes that look back at old episodes, we thought we’d go back to 2010 to see what moved the needle for us all way back then.
It turns out 2010 was a pretty hectic year that, while it had a heap going for it alone, foreshadowed events such as the coming end of the James Stewart reign, Pourcel’s career, Coppins’ second coming, Ferris’s and Toby’s arrivals as bad-arses and also featured the sad loss of a great.

— Robbie Maddison
02 METTY RUNNING OUT OF FUEL
You’ve got to be friggin’ joking! It’s not entirely as tragic as Leisky’s fuel issues while he was in the hunt for a world GP title, but being robbed of that maiden moto win at Southwick was heartbreaking all the same. If there’s another rider more deserving of that win, we haven’t met them.
03 MADDO CLEARING THE CORINTH CANAL
Balls of steel. Even though we all ride dirtbikes, it’s impossible to imagine how that
