Start with their snacks, such as marinated olives and roasted Padron peppers, before moving on to the next course consisting of small and large plates. One of the must-have dishes at Cheek Bistro is the classic pairing of burrata cheese and heirloom tomatoes simply seasoned with salt and pepper, drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice, and given a lift with the addition of fermented green chilli.
