Beetroot and Nectarine Salad with Herbed Dijon Dressing

¹/ ³ cup walnuts
120g pkt mixed salad leaves
250g punnet whole fresh beetroot, cut into wedges
2 nectarines, cut into wedges
½ x 250g tub marinated feta, drained
DRESSING
