Satay roast pumpkin

Use this pantry staple to spice up roast pumpkin

SERVES 6 Preheat oven to 200°C. Cut 1kg Jap pumpkin into wedges and lightly brush with 1 tbsp olive oil. Arrange pumpkin on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 30-35 mins or until soft, turning after 15-20 mins.
