Vegan Chocolate Slice

INGREDIENTS

• 2tbps flax seed• 5tbsp water• 110ml extra virgin, cold pressed coconut oil• 160gms jaggery powder• A pinch salt• 60gms cocoa powder• 115gms refined flour/oat flour• 1 tbsp vanilla extract• Make a powder out of the flax seeds and add in the water.• Leave it aside for 5 minutes. This is your flax• Meanwhile, warm up the coconut oil slightly and add in the jaggery and cocoa powder• Sift in the flour and salt. This is a one bowl recipe!• Fold in the flax egg mixture and pour into a baking tin & bake at 170 for 18-20 minutes
