Her channel provides more than 1,000 inclusive workouts for all ages and abilities, including seated routines and exercises for young people, and it has racked up more than 230 million views.

1. Choose exercises that are achievable. Instead of the difficult two-minute plank challenge, you’re better off standing up doing straight-leg kicks. They’re better for your core and flexibility.
