KATE GARRAWAY ‘LOVELY MOMENT’ AS FAMILY IS REUNITED
Less than a month after being named Inspiration of the Year in HELLO! ’s Star Women Awards, TV presenter Kate Garraway started 2021 on a characteristically positive note.
Speaking on Good Morning Britain , the 53-year-old star – who we honoured for the strength and tenacity she’s shown during her husband Derek Draper’s battle with Covid-19 – shared the highlight of her festive break: her children Darcey, 14, and Billy, 11, visiting their father in hospital.
Calling it “a lovely moment”, she said: “[It] is the first time they’ve been able to do that, so that was amazing. I’m very grateful to have had that opportunity.”
Kate’s husband of 15 years remains in a critical condition after being admitted to hospital in March with Covid-19. Christmas was
