MODEL NEW BELIEFS
Look at what beliefs about ourselves might be holding us back.
‘It’s why lottery winners end up losing all of their money – they don’t perceive themselves as wealthy; and why people lose weight then gain it again – because they don’t perceive themselves as slim,’ explains Claire. ‘To break this cycle, we need to affirm our new beliefs, while also adopting the new behaviour needed to get to our goal.’
